Holiday Cards

Is it beginning to look like the holidays or what? Since November 1st hit my google reader has been flooded with post about Christmas. One of my favorite things about Christmas is Christmas cards. I just love the anticipation of getting the mail each day during December in hopes of seeing a lovely hand addressed card. I love Christmas cards so much so that my dear Mother brings all the ones she receives out for me to look at when they visit for Christmas.

I have used shutterfly a few times in the past and have always been very happy with the results. I was pumped to look though their 2010 holiday collection and thought i’d share my favorites…there are quite a few.

I am a huge fan of the 5x5 inch cards, there is just something about them that always catch my eye. I love the red and green design on the top of this card.

I love the contrasting fonts of Merry and Christmas on this one, the large picture and fonts are a great look.

I love the retro feel of this design.

I can totally see Liam on this card. If he would ever pose for a good holiday picture!  STATIONERYCARD_5x7-23046-2349-MERCHLARGE_FRONT-v1281039961000117025

What can I say except how perfect would this card me?! You know I am a sucker for seeing the growth of a child through the year in pictures. STATIONERYCARD_5x7-23046-2402-MERCHLARGE_FRONT-v1281973835000111872

I love the simplicity of this one and the fonts used, very classic. STATIONERYCARD_5x7-23046-2429-MERCHLARGE_FRONT-v128103986800094053

This is one of my top contenders, simple and classic. STATIONERYCARD_5x7-23046-2488-MERCHLARGE_FRONT-v1282071587000105881

Love, love, love the font used on this one! STATIONERYCARD_5x7-23046-2724-MERCHLARGE_FRONT-v1285102169000102406

and last but not least the “update” card. I LOVE this concept because you don’t see it often on cards like these to have room to write about your year and what is to come. This one is a top contender for me because there is a chance we will have some big news to share with friends and family this Christmas….no we are not expecting (even though I have dreamt we were four times in the last week and a half (it is always a girl too), but trust me we aren't) but other news that could changed our lives a lot in the near future.

I love the idea of being able to order personalized address labels to match you holiday cards. I love things that coordinate! How about even coordinating down the your gift tags! ADORABLE!

Oooh, I love the update card! I'm also a big fan of square cards but I just hate how you have to pay extra postage for them ;)
