I created this recipe in my head during the day and was so excited to make it for dinner last night. I was so sure that i moved the orzo pasta i had from PA to IN but was wrong ... i improvised and used the bucatini pasta that i had on hand but next time i will make sure i have orzo.
Dressing:
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
7 basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper
6 cherry heirloom tomatoes
1/4 cup chickpeas
1/4 cup orzo pasta - cooked, drained
salt and pepper
