Chocolate Chocolate Oreo Cupcakes

The superbowl was this past Sunday and even though i was rooting for a Pats victory .. i was happy because Eli made Payton happy and that in turn makes me happy (Colt fan). I have tried making so many different recipes for chocolate cake/cupcakes from scratch and have yet to find one as light an airy as the boxed (which i hang my head in shame to say i prefer). So i used a box .. again.. i put a half on an oreo on the bottom before filling with batter.
